I have been gone for quite some time, and this is no new thing. Over the past four years, I have had waves of presence and absence, and that's not the level of dedication I want for this brand and movement. I set a standard I cannot maintain between school, work, and other things.
I do not plan to end Health & Happiness because I know the space I've created, albeit small, is necessary. Moving forward, I will post quality content monthly and host and/or participate in one event every quarter.
Lastly, I never want to come to y'all without giving thanks. It has been four years of support, encouragement, invitations, and more. I am forever grateful for my platform and all of you.
