November 13-21, 2023
Health & Happiness understands that mental health can be negatively affected by one's environment. So, we decided to make mini care packages for National Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week. The mini-care packages will include travel-sized toiletries and handwritten cards with kind messages inside. We want those messages to come from YOU.

If you are interested in participating, please submit your kind words to our Instagram DM with the hashtag #youarenotalone by November 10, 2023. We will add them to cards and deliver each package throughout the week (November 13-21).
February 11, 2023
On February 11, 2023, Health & Happiness will be a vendor at Dover High School's Black Communities on Campus's 3rd Annual Black History Expo. There will be food, entertainment, a 50/50 raffle, and more! The event is free for the community to celebrate our Black history under the theme: Harlem Renaissance.

Dover High School (1 Dover High Drive) will host the event from 4-7 pm. Patrons can eat and shop between 4-5:45 pm, and performances will begin at 6 pm, respectively. If you haven't come out in previous years, then don't worry. This year can be your chance to support Health & Happiness and many other Black-owned businesses in the Dover area.

June 20, 2022
On June 20, 2022, Health & Happiness will be a vendor at Dover High School's Black Communities on Campus's Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival. There will be food, games, and performances. This is a free event for the community to celebrate Juneteenth.

The event will be held at Dover High School from 12-4 pm. Performances will begin at 3 pm. So come out and support Health & Happiness and the many Black business and organizations.

April 2, 2022
On April 2, 2022, at 11 am, Health & Happiness will host its very first community outreach event at Liberty Church of Dover, DE (1150 State College Rd). “Therapy In The Church” is meant to expose our community to the impact of professional mental health help alongside the Word of God.
Our founder, Jaisri Davis, will be joined by the pastor of The Grow Place of Wilmington, DE, licensed Clinical Christian Counselor, and new author, Dr. Leonette Collins. Dr. Collins' book, “At the Altar and the Couch,” can be purchased on Amazon.

February 19, 2022
Health & Happiness will be attending Dover High School's Black History Expo. The event will be held at Dover High School, on Friday, February 19, 2022, from 2 - 5 pm. This will be the second time Health & Happiness has had the honor of attending the expo and hopefully not the last.
It will be open to the Dover community, so if you are in the area, please come by and support me and the other amazing businesses and organizations. You don't want to miss out on an evening of Black Excellence!

Health & Happiness presents Paint Night with guest artist Nyx. She is a Dover native on the rise and a recent Delaware State University graduate (2021). You can check out more about her on her website, Time of Nyx.
The event will be held on February 12, 2022, at 6:30 pm at 1150 State College Rd, Dover, DE. Tickets will be $35/person and go on sale from January 16, 2022, through February 5, 2022. All supplies will be included in addition to light refreshments.
